Post heat wave chills

So apparently after a New York heat wave comes a day of what I as a Floridian (76 degrees) think is freezing. 

Naturally I wore fur and a nice warm Michael Kors heavy knit because after all I do work for Robin Moraetes and Rachel Zoe

Comme des PUNKS

Punk might not be typical NdC every day attire, but by definition it definitely fits the Nathaly del Carmen #trèsdifferent life style. Punk was all about self expression and not following the "norm" as it was about self-expression being an individual.

so.... 

Naturally, NdC decided to dress PUNK when checking out the Punk Chaos to Couture exhibit at the Met. Experimenting with both the vintage and modern Punk culture  NdC traded in the bright color accessories and printed dresses for a little more rebellious black ensemble.

Nathaly del Carmen does NYC black?

Well to an extent, the del Carmen life style is about being your self even of that means being different from the crowd. NDC is about embracing the different, but also embracing culture. That being said, we all know New York is synonymous with wearing all black -fashion nuns if you will-.

Intern in the city

Rachel Zoe once say that style is saying who you are without having to speak. If that's the case then I hope my outfits say " I'm Nathaly del Carmen the style and fashion obsessed intern that is soon to make her mark on New York"
